Missouri Up to three additional traffic lights can be mounted 12 to 42 inches above the horizontal plane. Montana No light bar can be used on public roads. Nevada Two auxiliary lights are installed between 16 and 42 inches above the horizontal plane. New Hampshire Up to three additional traffic lights are mounted between 12 and 42 inches high. New Jersey light bars can be used as long as they are short and lower than the lighthouse.

Wyoming` Light Bar is illegal on public roads One of the most common questions we receive in the store is about the legality of the lights, placement, and lighting in the aftermarket. As with all codes, this can be a bit difficult to interpret for the safety inspection. and then legality is judged by the command and discretion of the soldiers on the ground. Notes:• You cannot reduce your turning radius• Body lifts of more than 3″ are NOT allowed• Not legal if NO part of the wheels/tires comes into contact with the frame or suspension under NORMAL operating conditions. All LED underlight lights for cars would be considered illegal in Virginia if they are lit on a public road and not covered. You can of course use them and drive with them uncovered if you are not on a public road. The glittering neon laws are so strict in Virginia that you`d probably be better off without neon lights, as you`ll probably never be able to use them. However, if you only need them for uses that are not public roads, make sure you have them well covered and hidden, and everything should be fine. The laws of many states do not explicitly cover LED off-road luminaires. In most cases, they classify light bars as auxiliary luminaires.
